    JFF, your reason #2 is a lie: you’re not allowed to smoke in public places since January 1st ‘08.

    An Internet Cafe is not really a public place now, is it ?
    The internet cafe I’ve gone to had french smokers, so either they didn’t respect the law, either they were allowed to smoke in there.

    Not being allowed doesn’t stop french people from smoking.
