A TGV in the US... where will you go with it? 90 percent of the americans have never been in another State. 70% of americans don't know if Canada is up north or south of teh US. 99% don't know how many countries have a border the US. The TGV is used only in France as far as i know ... haven't seen one in the US yet ...
