Yeah! But don’t forget:
– the TGV
– the Concorde
– the Rafale
– the Ariane launcher
– french nuclear plants
– french telecoms
– the “sécurité sociale”
– the “tête de veau”
And btw, there is no space before a olon in english.
The Concorde was a British-French aircraft … so France can’t take all the credit for building it … but it can take all the credit for destroying that wonderful plane with that incident involving Air France.
The TGV is used only in France as far as i know … haven’t seen one in the US yet …
I don’t really know anything about the rest but they don’t sound important.
One think I love with americans is that conversations don’t go that far; they look in their back yard, it’s not thee, so it does not exist. A TGV in the US… where will you go with it? 90 percent of the americans have never been in another State. 70% of americans don’t know if Canada is up north or south of teh US. 99% don’t know how many countries have a border the US. Do you know?
One think I fully agree in your comment: “I don’t really know …” this one, I can beleive it; you do’t know too much … By the way; how many french words do you have in your vocabulary?

I especially hate the slimy french cheese-eating surrendering monkey-frogs.
